North York Borough Permits, Zoning & Planning
The North York Borough Zoning Department is responsible for issuing zoning permits for any type of construction in the Borough. All contractors, plumbers and electricians are required to be licensed in the Borough of North York.
Zoning Board meetings are held the Second Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm. Meetings are only held when there are items on the agenda
