Elizabethtown Borough Stormwater Management
Elizabethtown Borough’s Stormwater Management policy for the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) promulgated by the US Environmental Protection Agency and the PA Department of Environmental Protection was adopted in an effort to comply with best management practices required of MS4 permittees designed to reduce pollution and produce cleaner waterways.
