Lebanon County Domestic Relations

The Lebanon County Domestic Relations Office located in Lebanon,PA is the agency charged with establishing and enforcing support obligations involving Lebanon County residents and including support for spouses and minor children. The agency also assists in establishing paternity in matters where parentage is in question.

HOW TO OPEN A CASE: An individual wishing to open a case must appear in the Domestic Relations Office Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM.  Individuals will be seen on a first come, first served basis.
PACSES (Pennsylvania Child Support Enforcement System) is a statewide computer system used by all county Domestic Relations Sections to administer support cases throughout Pennsylvania.

HOW TO MAKE SUPPORT PAYMENTS: All payments made by private individuals must be made payable to PA SCDU (Pennsylvania State Collections and Disbursement Unit) and sent to P.O. Box 69110, Harrisburg, PA 17106-9110. Payments must contain the payers member identification number, name, social security number and a coupon provided by SCDU. Employers sending payments from wage attachments must follow the same procedure, but payments are sent to PA SCDU P.O. Box 69112, Harrisburg, PA 17106-9112. Cash payments are not accepted.
