Lancaster City Stormwater Bureau is responsible for overseeing the stormwater management and green infrastructure program, maintenance and repair of public stormwater infrastructure, compliance with MS4 regulations, enforcing the stormwater ordinance, managing the stormwater fee, processing credits and appeals, reviewing site plans, inspecting and maintaining green infrastructure, and leading the City’s bicycle and pedestrian planning and sustainability program.
