Rapho Township - Tax Collector

The Rapho Township Tax Collector in Manheim PA is elected to this position for a four-year term.  The Tax Collector's powers, duties and liabilities are established by the Second Class Township Code.  She is required to be bonded and is responsible to maintain the records, provide duplicate tax bills, verify payments and account information and provide a receipt of payment. 
 
She collects the County/Municpal Tax commonly known as the "Spring Tax" and the Street Light User Fee for specific developments in the township.  She also collects the Local Services Tax commonly known as the LST.

The Manheim Central School District Real Estate Tax is mailed to district residents on or about July 1 of each year. The tax can be paid at any branch of Fulton Bank or mailed to the address indicated on the tax notice. PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE TAX STUB WITH YOUR PAYMENT.

The real estate tax is based on the assessed value of your property and buildings. The assessed value of your property is determined by the County of Lancaster. To verify your assessed value, you may contact the Assessment Office at the Lancaster County Courthouse at 299-8398
