Village of Millbrook Tax Office
The Village of Millbrook NY Tax Office is responsible for the collection of Village taxes, including Sewer Benefit Assessment (SBA), unpaid Water bills, unpaid Sewer bills and miscellaneous relevies. All powers and duties of the office are defined in the New York State Real Property Tax Law. If Village taxes are unpaid they will be relevied in the Town of Washington property tax.
