The Newburgh NY Community Development Agency is a state-regulated local public authority whose mission is to assist in community development projects in the City of Newburgh. Board members are responsible for providing policy direction, management oversight and determining the allocation of resources for the agency. The mayor and City Council members serve on the IDA ex-officio. Board Members serve on a volunteer basis, and attendance is required at regularly scheduled meetings.
