Criminal: Misdemeanors and Violations and Preliminary Jurisdiction of Felonies. Traffic and Parking Infractions. Violations of Marlborough Town Code.
Summary Proceedings: evictions relating to property located in Marlboro or Milton.
Civil Lawsuits not exceeding $3,000.00.
Small Claim not exceeding $3,000.00.
