You should make an appointment to see the Planning Board 10 business days before their meeting if you are:

- Opening a new business in the Village
- Building or remodeling  a structure in a Commercial Zone
- Installing or Changing a sign for a new business
- Subdivition / Site Plan Review
- If you are not sure if you should see the Planning Board, call 297-5277

Meetings are held at the American Legion Building at 7 Spring Street, on the first Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m.
