- CARS ONLY- no trucks or trailers of any kind.
 

The City Clerk, in conjunction with the Westchester County Board of Elections, conducts elections in the City of White Plains (except those held by the Board of Education).

This includes arrangements for polling sites, distribution of supplies, delivery of voting machines, payroll, and supervision of polling places during registration days, primary and general elections.

White Plains residents are represented by a Mayor and six Common Council members who run at large. The City has 43 election districts, 22 polling sites, and is represented by the following districts:
