Carroll Township Dog License
PA State law requires all dogs over 3 months of age to be licensed. Owners of unlicensed dogs are subject to fines not to exceed $300.00.
Annual Licenses can be applied for in three ways; in person, by mail, or by applying online.
To apply in person, you can do so by coming to the office, or by going to one of the local agents throughout the County that also sells the licenses.
