The Town of Fishkill Planning Department receives applications for the Planning Board for the following:
Land Development Permit
Site Development Plan Approval
Special Use Permit Approval
Subdivision/Resubdivision Approval
Special Use Permit Approval

The Planning Department coordinates the placing of project applications for the Planning Board and coordinates the environmental review of projects. The Planning Department can also answer a host of resident questions relating to project development.
