The Penn Township Sewage Authority (PTSA) is an operating authority which was created in 1956 by Ordinance of the Township of Penn under the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Act, as supplemented and amended. PTSA was created for the purpose of constructing and operating a sanitary sewage system for the collection and disposal of wastewater within the Township of Penn, Westmoreland County.
