The Middletown PA Borough Highway/Property Department is located at Wilson and Grant Streets. The Highway Department is responsible for the maintenance of Middletown Borough''s twenty-six miles of streets and alleys, as well as general maintenance and up-keep of all Borough properties including all buildings, the municipal pool and Borough parks. Specifically, Department workers see to the following areas: cleaning, rehabilitation and repairing of streets and curbs snow and leaf removal maintenance of street and traffic signs clean-up day at the Borough dumpster woody waste.
