The Municipality of Monroeville has adopted ordinances to meet the State Uniform Construction Code requirements for Residential and Commercial Building Construction of New, alteration or additions to structures. The Building Department staff is also responsible for assurance of Compliance to Fire Protection Code requirements of both New and Existing Structures throughout the Municipality of Monroeville.
