SJIS is a unique model in Horry County as it serves fifth and sixth-grade students. The building design is only one of four others like it in the United States, as the building will work to save energy over time. The school has an open design with many collaboration areas for students to collaborate on projects and interact with each other. Our school goal is to help grow the foundation for future success for ALL students.
