Maria Marino owner/director started Building Blocks Childcare Center in her home and as the business grew, she moved the center to a rented farmhouse in Newburgh, and eventually to the current location on Lakeside Road and Route 52 in the Town of Newburgh.
At Building Blocks Child Care Center, their program provides for experiences that are designed to influence a positive self-worth, and they strive to provide children with opportunities for learning and self-expression in small and large groups. Their clean and comfortable child care center is equipped to provide age appropriate play both inside and outside the classroom.
More importantly, their full and half day programs are designed to enrich your child's creativity, cognitive skills and social development.

Two program options to best meet your needs:
Building Blocks Child Care Center offers two program scheduling options to best suit the needs of both you and your child.
- Their full day program runs from 6:30am to 6pm, Monday through Friday, with the exception of special holidays.
- Their half day program runs from 8:30am to 1:30pm or 1pm to 6pm, Monday through Friday, with the exception of special holidays.
