Manchester Borough Recreation Department
Manchester Borough Recreation Department provides recreational programs, services, and activities for the Borough of Manchester, PA. Manchester Community Park is maintained through a Joint Recreation Board from East Manchester Township and Manchester Borough. The recreation building is available for rent to individuals for family functions. An annual six week summer playground program is provided for children of ages 6 years through 12 years old.
