Manchester Borough Voting and Registration
The Department of Elections and Voter registration is responsible for registering voters and managing elections for York County. All new voter registrations and changes of address, name or party affiliation must be recorded and maintained.
Anyone who wishes to register to vote must complete a voter registration form. This form is available through the Elections/Voter Office, party headquarters, and most post offices and libraries throughout York County.
