The Rosendale Planning Board consists of seven Members and two Alternate Members, appointed by the Town Board and is empowered to exercise control powers over Local Land Use and Development for Lot Line Adjustments, Subdivisions, Site Plan Approvals and Special Use Permits.

With New Applications, the Planning Board suggests scheduling a Pre-Application meeting prior to regular meetings (6:00 PM to 7:00 PM). The meetings are open to the public and are attended by representatives of the Town Board and Environmental committee.

Deadline for submissions is 2:00 p.m. on the day which is two (2) weeks prior to the meeting.
