Ulster County Crime Victims Assistance Program

The Ulster County Crime Victims Assistance Program is specifically designed for recognizing the special needs, concerns and problems associated with being a victim of crime. Information is kept confidential and there is no pressure to prosecute.

Who does the Crime Victims Assistance Program help?
Any Ulster resident who has been the innocent victim of a crime (past or present) can call or stop by our office. Assistance is available whether or not you choose to report the crime to the police.

Domestic Violence
Assault
Sexual Violence
 Drunk Driving Accidents
Elder Abuse
Homicide
 
Since 1979, the Crime Victims Assistance Program has been providing services to residents of Ulster County. A unit of the Ulster County Probation Department, we are funded by the New York State Department of Health and the New York State Crime Victims Board.
