Columbia Borough of Colubmia PA is situated in the extreme west-central portion of Lancaster County, approximately ten miles west of the City of Lancaster. Bordering the Susquehanna River, Columbia is the largest borough along the river between Harrisburg and the mouth of the river at the Chesapeake Bay.
