The South Lebanon Township PA Highway Department currently consists of 4 full time employees plus 2 part time snow plow drivers.  During the course of the year, the department is responsible for snow removal, road repair, road paving, street sweeping, spring & fall cleanup, mowing along the side of roads, road sign placement and repair, leaf pickup and maintaining sewage pump stations.  In their spare time, they do most of the maintenance on their equipment, maintenance at the township building, and help with projects at South Hills Park.  Needless to say, these men are kept quite busy.
