We offer freezer beef and burger steak options, as well as specialty cuts including sliced and chipped steak, bacon, and dried venison. Hunters appreciate our convenient deer drop-off until 7 PM, with later drop-off available by phone; to help the meat chill quickly, we recommend filling the cavity of the deer with ice before arrival. We accept whole, unskinned deer from all areas, including CWD zones.
At County Line Butchering, we slaughter every Wednesday to maintain consistent availability and quality. All of our smoked products—including bologna and bacon—are smoked on-site using real hickory wood for rich, authentic flavor.
